$1 a day supports over 26 missionaries and organizations each month
Countryside Christian Center, with the oversight of the Missions Commission, is committed to supporting foreign & domestic missions on a monthly basis. These ministries are establishing churches, building orphanages, training hundreds of pastors & leaders, feeding thousands of orphans, bringing disaster relief to thousands, teaching vocational skills to the blind and deaf, rehabilitating men & woman, reaching hundreds of youth, saving hundreds of babies from abortion and reaching our local neighborhood in the Clearwater area. Your monthly gift commitment will change thousands of lives, touch hearts, impact a world and store up treasures in Heaven for eternity.

Countryside Cares, d/b/a Helping Hands has been serving the community for over 20 years! Beginning this month our doors are opening for distribution on Saturdays. We hope to reach financially marginalized families who are unable to make it out to the food pantry during regular weekday business hours. Together we feed the hungry, clothe the needy, counsel the hurt and provide opportunities.
We have seen our community touched within various aspects of the services we provide. Below are a few examples resulting from our life skills coaching experiences:
Client # 1 came to us seeking to fulfill community service hours. After serving 450 hours in restitution for a DUI and back taxes, he remains today as a volunteer maintaining his rehabilitation and accountability.
Client # 2 an aerospace engineer by trade, suffered an OTJ accident and head trauma. Due to multiple surgeries, he soon found himself homeless and came to Helping Hands in need of food. Wanting to give back, he became a regular part of Helping Hands volunteer family. Because of his faithfulness we were able to give him a reference resulting in a part-time job and housing. He continues to serve the food pantry today.
Client # 3 found Helping Hands following a minor stroke. As he volunteered he engaged with others and built stamina, proving therapeutic and beneficial in the process of his complete recovery.
Youth working on Bright Futures scholarship hours serve at Helping Hands chiefly through the summers. We see them time and time again return even after their high school requirements are met. They have learned that giving of themselves serving the community is as much a benefit for them as it is for the needy.
